I think that Andy wants to attract potential new investors by posting the study in PR fashion where it gets visible and widespread coverage across many business wires. Once the FDA approval comes, the compilation of PR'S from the past will carry much more influence than today since new investors will read them and know the solid science and efficacy of PEMF technology supporting Biel's products. FDA approval will fully open the doors to big investors who are aware that a buyout will be highly likely thereafter. At this point patience and perseverance are key as Biel's big day will eventually come.
