Now you say its your understanding all day yesterday and today you said it was a securities law!! All i am asking in a nice way for some kind of proof like a SEC link no one is bashing you. Have you done any research how many companys have filed 15-12g years ago and had less than 300 S/H and today they have more than 300S/H and are still non reporting pinkies?? Did you call the SEC yesterday to interpert the 15-12G??
