Well of course, the BEST outcome is a settlement that produces a real result for equity. Meaning P/K get a value over 20% of face, and commons get enough of the new company that they can survive and thrive in the future.

However, I don't personally think the SNH's, JPM/FDIC, or the debtors are done fighting.
