1. With all the China Stocks doing so well, will Hrct have a PR program to go with the new acquisition so we can get some exposure?
2. How is the Hartcourt TV plan going?..We've heard about Bloomberg now entering the mix..Will that affect Hrct's plans in any way?
3. Is an E-Education announcement still planned for Q1?
4. When all is said and done, will the Sinobull companies, AI Asia and Hartcourt Capital be one integrated group?..Or will they be in different fields and directions?..
5. Is there any possibility that Hrct could find itself on another exchange in the year 2003?...That is if all goes according to plan..
6. Is there a "projected" timeframe for the next shareholder
spinoff ? Can you provide details ?
7. HRCT website continues to be dated....and....needs to be
updated. ETLK is still showing as a 'portfolio company' !
For any new investor doing research, quite a poor impression.
8. What is the status of our working relationship/partnership with UT Starcom ? They seem to be VERY progressive. Are any of the Hartcourt subsidiaries benefiting from this relationship? If so, how ?

10. Any news on the Sinobull/GTCIE merger? Is it safe to expect it not to happen?
11. Are you still sure, that we will reach the break even point the 1. quarter 2003? If not, when will we probably see some gains in the balance sheet?
12. Is the poster on I-HUB, that uses the name "Haijek", in some way affiliated to Hartcourt? He hints about having information ahead of the news release.
13. After WTO, what are your main competitive edges against the new comers?
14. What do you see as main reasons for the recent run-ups of NTES, SOHU, SINA, ASIA, UTSI... Can HRCT move up on similar reasons?

16. In a previous Q&A, it was implied that shareholders would know the direction HRCT was taking by the end of 2002. This did not happen. Once again HRCT has failed to deliver. With such a disappointing performance record, what is being done to regain shareholder confidence? B/T/W, selectively responding to these Q&As is not a legitimate way!
17. Is the " deal " HRCT made reference to last year still pending or is it no longer a possibility? If not, why?
