Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) has filed the necessary paperwork, including the Attorney Opinion Letter for Current Information Status on OTC Markets. The Current Information tier is coveted by public companies because it acknowledges compliance with a standard of disclosure that is higher than the majority of non-reporting issuers provide.
