Wick - you may disagree, but the fact is that Bauer still pays his royalty fees to Green Globe Limited, which is the same as paying to GGII at this point. The "special deal" that Green Globe Asia Pacific has is because they basically own the Green Globe in the Asia Pacific and can operate around the world through an long-term agreement that predates GGII acquiring the brand. Bauer does not have the same power and is therefore still in business with GGII. I do not disagree with your take on the DTC issue, which is why the market for GGII stock is dead unless anything changes. JMO
