A CEO that lies like this should never be trusted. All that transparency and this happens. Really glad I sold all my shares for a slight gain when financials were released. After a situation like this I will NEVER go long on a pink sheet stock. No one can be trusted in pink land no matter how good things seem to be. Reloading at .0002. Anyone buying 4,5,6 are pretty much throwing their money away. This POS will go lower now that dilution is a huge factor.
