well TOFS ive been holding out for some time but today i sold for a BIG LOSS i waited for the merger(happened) waited for buyback (happened) waited for share reduction (happened) waited for financials(happened) waited for investors conference call (happened) and through all of this ive been waiting to see the PPS go up and that my friends HAS NOT HAPPENED i feel as though there is alot of funny buisness going on here i will continue to watch and possibly take a position in TOFS again down the road if i see the PPS start to reflect what the CEO is saying but as for now i honestly believe there is some serious funny buisness that has been going on for the last 2 months ive been involved with this stock and im not going to wait for TOFS to go back down to .0002 before i get out with nothing.....thanks guys good luck to all
