they did have 4 contracts in October,
reporting 7 platform sales, that is more than during any other prior period
so that is def a good sign for me
don't want anyone to get me wrong, I still have an open long position here but was forced to sell a large chunk of my holding (and I am happy I made that decision in time, could have been looking at a real fat unrealized loss in my account right now)
its not that I went 'south', its the fact that management ignored numerous emails I sent out to them and their IR firm (that was a first, always got a reply before). I did not appreciate that at all, I'm giving them money (and a decent amount at that), the least they could do is write a line back to address my concerns but they decided that it was not important enough for them to reply this time around.,
so after giving it some thought, looking over recent sec filings, and the fact that iceweb management made a murk out of the merger, that decision to sell was just something I had to do ..
I am looking to get back in with more shares @.08-.12 - that is a bargain deal, merger or no merger
with Canadian markets and hopefully Promark stepping up their sales efforts as an 'exclusive value-added distributor' we're still worth more...
