How about when not only a merger but it's announced that YTO is buying the surrounding acreage and with Marks land decide to build a Super-Showroom and distribution center, with all of TYTN's and YTO's wares. The Port and Railroad are just across the Street.

And once the Markets support overwhelms supply, the Chinese Gov. along with YTO determines it's about time to put a hands-on/brick and nail Agricultural machinery foot print in America and builds a State or the Art Factory.

The Plans are feasible as others whom think TYTN is a scam!!!!!
