I believe that there is no SEC Reg. to prevent two parties from cross selling stock..even while the stock is suspended from trading..You have an opportunity to act on your CONVICTIONS..You may PM me for any stock that you wish to dispose of at $17.50 (10,000 lot minimums)..It can be transacted Broker to Broker, up to 4.00..or I can have my Bank Manager transact any time in the next 4 days with your Bank..

I agree with your broker. If the company is waiting until after hours before a 3 day holiday weekend, the news imo will be terrible!!

I can't think of another logical explanation to wait until the market closes.
