Forest, I am one who judges events based on actions. If there was an important deadline to file "whatever" and they did not file, then I would have to assume this is very positive for Equity. Remember, Equity cannot lose anything as the Criminals have been trying to zero us out from day one and you cannot not lose anymore than zero.

Now let's see what the Criminals have to lose besides their standing in society, licenses, way of making a living and oh yes, do not let me forget time at the Big House called prison. I would say it is entirely possible we may have some type of an agreement as Equity almost had one several months ago. If this is the case then the announcement would be iminent which would mean these filings would be mute, thus no filings. There WILL be an end at some point, so this week is as good as any!
