Means someone is BUYING (paying the ASK), as opposed to SELLING at the BID (which is unseen)
Whomever is BUYING expects the PRICE TO GO UP

We shall see whether it is the 'COMPANY DUMPING', as others have said
OR someone is 'SELLING SHARES THEY DON'T HAVE', (NAKED) which is WHAT I AM SAYING.

IF NEWS IS GOOD, THEN IT WILL SHOW MOST PEOPLE THAT THE 5B+, RECENTLY ADDED WAS NOT TO DUMP AT .0001
