PR tomorrow - either we get a generic update (negotiations are ongoing), or announcement of another buy-out plan (detailing the proposal)... They are apprently reviewing all information sent in by shareholders (incl. my fax I'm told) to figure out a plan that would guarantee it going through. She also said that the company is cash flow positive based on the newly announced contracts detailed in the several PR's leading up to the buy-out announcement.

Quite a ride!
