Your numbers are accurate there is nothing wrong with them. Think this way as you said the pref. shares are the same for the past 1.5 years and never changed. ANDI stock traded at much higher prices back in 2010 and beginning of this year and these holders never converted then why now when the SP is at low levels and the company in the right track to grow revenues and profits.
