We know the 25% figure, but that is 25% of the issued Series B PFD that can be converted.

But we don't know the new conversion rate of the Series B PFD (if there is one) so there is no way to estimate how many common shares will be added in the conversion.

I assume you derived the 100 million shares from the increase in the A/S, but there is nothing on the table to suggest this won't be increased after the 90 day period, so the entire 500 million additional may be the 25%.
