current management needs to be replaced

i can't think of the circumstances that could possible delay this merger besides incompetence of top managers at Iceweb

they have done way too many things wrong

- provided expected closure dates three (3) times and missed them miserably by months (I can get a business loan of $10m today with my personal credit score!! which planet is iwebs management from to be unable to secure a $10million loan/placement ?!?! that is just beyond me, 8 months??? c'monnnn

- missed sales and revenues estimates for the last q and for fiscal year

- remain silent when long term holders are losing faith in managements credibility

- inability to take advantage of capital markets the right way

- cloudy capital raising instruments being used once again without giving current shareholders heads up

- have not translated any of the points from last conference call (8 months ago) into reality etc, etc...



Iceweb management needs to get their head out the sand and

Signorello and the rest of his incompetent team has to go !!!!!
