OC, you are absolutely correct it is 4 business days not 5, they should have filed Friday, I think we will see the 8K before bell open Monday. Regarding your last comment, it will be interesting to see the next 10Q Kay had 48 million and is the largest shareholder, if Kay or any of the insiders have dumped any shares or taken more shares, that will tell us if this is a good play for us or not.

If they sold then its over for me, if they took more I will not be going anywhere any time soon
