to answer.

FH to SEC. Yes, but now some of those audits are too old.
I'll have to submits last years now. My auditor
says it will take 6 months.

SEC to FH. Got those audits done yet.

FH to SEC. All my assets have depreciated and I no longer
have 10 million in assets, .
