I don't know if someone as previously addressed this so I will. The CEO said that the dilution was due to preferred B shareholders wanting to convert to common. In the course of last week almost 100,000,000 shares have been added to the outstanding as shown by the CEO posting this for the current shareholders. We also know that there are 220,000,000 preferred A, B, and C shares outstanding. So, if the recent dilution was for the preferred B shareholders to convert, which was the reason given to us for the dilution, then shoundn't the preferred share structure decrease. In other words, what is the current preferred shares outstanding number? If it is not less than the previous 220,000,000 then we know that the new shares were used for something else. Can we get information that tells us the number of prefferred outstanding also? Until we have that, the share structure information tells us nothing.
