I spoke to Kay, I don't believe the 3rd Q will be that great or even profitable. In my conversation with him most of the project in 3rd Q fell into the 4th Q like ZSTN. Yes, he did say they are still talking to ZSTN and the deal is still on the table.

Dilution is relative my friend, if dilution done is to acquire growth it is worth it.
