It is very sad that you cant interpert rules and regs. If this was the case there are over 100 companies in violation in what you interpert. The reason you said forget it,probably someone set you straight. And lets not forget Hilal has a lawyer who happens to be one of the top SEC lawyers around, I am sure he knows the rules and regs. Plus Hital said by the end of the year but you want to bust his chops now!!! Stick to your trading and say a prayer for AMVS with the trading volume it needs all the prayers it can get!!!
