Ok so I just got off the phone with PR rep (Nowaczyki Sp?) she was very concilatory. I gave her a piece of my mind regarding the barclays issue. She said there is a fire wall as was discussed previously. I also indicated that the lack of information to the individual investor while Barclays has a relationship with us Chinese wall or not would imply a conflict of interest which would lead an investor to believe there is inside info. I said the "perception of this" has lead to this undesirable outcome and she aggreed as such. I then offered that possibly there should be communication to clear this up but she indicated again they are in a quiet period. I have a feeling she was sympathetic but I also was frustrated that we should at least indicate what our baseline bid offer is so it would give the stock a floor. And I also hammered deal reporter crapola, I indicated that another company I owned went after the short syndicate that was hammering at them and they ended up catching up with these guys.
