Also, mekemosabe new purchases at a price that works for you will allow you to continue cost averaging down from the .15 that you said you were at. On a larger scale a higher average volume would allow thoes who wanted out "NOW" to do so, this would cause share accumulition to rise and will attract new investors. Once thoes shares have been liquidated the PPS will start to rise. So when investors start to hit the Bid instead of owners filling the ask orders the PPS will start trending up.
