First of all, it wasn't a downgrade.It was the same value given from before..$45...
Secondly IDCC mgt has unequivocally stated that they would have no more comments while this process is in place.The PR that was released was good and stated the ongoing process was in place.
It certainly is frustrating to see the shorts jump all over this on this great mkt week.Tomorrow is another day.A buyout or a CAFC in our favor could come any day, and that would change everything.
