It's pretty sad, that a company let's it's share price get close to the drain and not manage their balance sheets properly (debt vs income).They must get with the program as their stock price is .016 cents, not .15 cents or $1.50
At this point after many years in business, they need several deals that are transparent to the public to resurrect the share price or it's a penny stock.

There is no reason to bash this any longer the damage is in the price.
