thats what I thought as well. I know ANDI is profitable but marginally I dont think they have cash reserves to acquire companies or pay for stuff like this. may be he did. then why raise the A/S may be he is looking at other things as well. then why not straight forward with the investors that additional shares will be used for acquisitions value added services or whatever etc.

I think he made up the story that pref. holders are converting why someone with the company from longtime convert now knowing company is in growth path and they can make 100 times more being patient for one more year. million dollar question I guess.
