really, I wonder why the FFGO/NMGL agreement disagrees with that opinion ..

the agreement clearly spells out any legal action cancels the agreement

its over!!

it all in black and white for all to see...

the WD claim now reverts back to searchlight - puppydotcom

it is right theRE in black and white in the FAQ's.

Right at the time the deal was being finalized, the company was stating that they expected to be dropped to the greys. NMGL was well aware of this risk.

This is not the type of "legal action" inferred in the FAQ's.

Interesting enough, the same FAQ's include the statement on legal action.
