In fact, it is my belief that the suspension will not effect the dividend.

really, I wonder why the FFGO/NMGL agreement disagrees with that opinion ..

the agreement clearly spells out any legal action cancels the agreement

its over!!

it all in black and white for all to see...

the WD claim now reverts back to searchlight
