AMF in Nov if I recall correctly appeared to only involve hearings for those that had requested and were involved in the most recently past hearing . . . which would mean any further action involving Wanderport's potential need to mount a defense would be after that.
So that pushes into Dec at earliest.
Per my post of early yesterday linked above, it is not just the 400M @ 0.10 incentive question, but the coming months AMF and the January publication of the earliest patents that will be telling for this story.
Sure, there are near-term items, like website, healing or not with Dave M., PRs walking cautiously around the state of things (or continuing lack of them), coming out public with what is apparently (imo) material information provided at the M&G (I see no news PR'd as of yet), etc..
IOW will the mgmt style change, or continue to rely on partial information, rumor, uncertainty, etc. or will it move toward transparency ?
