Folks let us read the 8K about the delay again. To me 8/31 is the fixed date and not June 30th. If it happens on June 30th it happens but not guaranteed. And note it was the Arbitral Tribunal who communicated the information. (i) the ICC has extended the date for rendering a Final Award until August 31, 2005; and, (ii) it is estimated that a Final Award will be transmitted to the parties by June 30, 2005.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 8, 2005, the Arbitral Tribunal (operating under the auspices of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce
(ICC)) presiding over the Company's arbitration proceeding with Nokia Corporation, has informed the Company of the following items: (i) the ICC has extended the date for rendering a Final Award until August 31, 2005; and, (ii) it is estimated that a Final Award will be transmitted to the parties by June 30, 2005. This information updates information previously reported in the Company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, and Form 8-K filed on June 2, 2005.
