All the EC needs to do is show up with a buyer for WMMRC based on the NOLs. That will show value to the newco. From there, Lyon's will kick some butt, Rosen is in deep trouble, GSA will be determined unfair/unreasonable, and Judge Mary will have a basis to play from.

Even if it is a low ball offer still would be some 20-50 times higher than the $100 million the judge's opinion stated it was worth, we still come out winners. With that money, we can proceed to slaughter JPMC and FDIC.

There has to be some big players out there looking to take a bite out of Dimon's butt.
