You simply have to ask why Simoneau works parttime for this. Is it a hobby or is he just a billionaire with some freetime? They aren't in a hurry to bring the revolutionary device to the market and herein lies everything. They bought time before the hearing. They dangled the carrot because what they don't need are sec-complaints right now. This will die slowly and they hope to get out of the mess. It normally works but if just a few do something, they will some day get what they deserve.
