Spider - sad what happened here. However, I decided I should buy in after reading Chinese internet postings and looking at the totality of records. Specifically, I read two published recap of interviews in which employees stated that business was continuin despite the delisting, that the company was making good money, and that, although it may be possible to have inflated profits, the numbers they were seeing clearly depicted a profitable enterprise. On the familiar front, I noted that as at June 30, the company had MMBP as its independent auditor...and that nothing has been filed anywhere by either MBP or the company stating that that relationship has ended. One of the jobs the IA does is to verify the reported financial figures. In April, the previous auditor certified that it did not disagree with JGBO on any reported numbers. MBP has not done anything to detract from the correctness of the numbers. And even if the company is a hard-nosed liar, it would not be hardended enough to report the unaudited numbers it reported by the end of May...at a time when it was already embrioled in the SEC debachle. So, that leaves one thing wrond here: The SEC Investigation. My mind tells me that once the air clears on that front - as it must - the picture would be clearer. Because, only those that jumped in to take and hold the risk benefits the most, taking the risk is attractive to me at this point. Moreover, at $2m market cap, I would be out losing at this price only if the company is a complete fraud - which you and I know it is not. Long one, but I like it. Maybe I can also give some tip: Try and get some MF to make some quick $$$. I got some today at $1.15. It's heading to $2 now.
