Because we lived through it. Imagine buying in at $14 or less, having the NasDaq halt the stock for several months and then having it reopening, on the Pinksheets, for less than a $1.

People will say that this is a great buy, yet, no volume, no news and lawsuits in the background. We do not even know if primary owner Cao will be brought up on chargers. Someone on yahoo board cited another CEO being charged with corruption. One never knows about Cao.

I sold and moved on. I had been with JGBO since 2007.
