Amazing PR Today...


We are in our own right a completely different company today versus yesterday from a financial perspective and a future potential perspective.

Now lets think about this:

I valued the company at between a nickel and dime from the old Master Lease agreement whereby E1 would put trucks on the road going forward with ExhausTeks and in a new addon leasing scenario. Todays news says, lets take over all existing operations, whereby essentially bring all current revenue, cashflow, and assets under the E1 umbrella. HUGE and SMART!! From here you have a slew of trucks to make current with the EPA with ExausTek installs PLUS current leasing and maintenance cashflow. This is a perfect fit. We know Ray had mentioned a few days ago about discussions going on, we had no idea the huge impact from a CASHFLOW perspective this would make, HUGE. I had to lift my jaw off the ground after I first read it.

4 to 4.5 million in cashflow, heck there small cap NASDAQ stocks and companies that would like those numbers!!!!

Before today I believed the company was worth a nickel to a dime on the original agreement with Master Lease targeting 6 million in revenues in 2012 an on their way to 20 million thereafter. Well folks we have just overnight brought in 4 to 4.5 million in CASHFLOW, that would reflect a much larger REVENUE number. This is huge folks anyway you look at it. Instead of the gradual buildout over 2011-2012 to reach the 6 million and eventual 20 million in revenues from NEW business we bring EXISTING business into play. Folks we are easily worth north of a dime at this juncture conservatively, TODAY. I could easily prove much much higher well into double digit pennies.

What does 4 to 4.5 million in cashflow do? Funds to do potentially many things IMHO. I know what I would love to see, I just wont mention it now. Obviously the build out of the strategic plan has been reinforced tremendously and bottom line we are now a viable solution for the big boy fleets out there. E1 now has the stability from a balance sheet perspective to ease any fears of the big boys out there ranging anywhere from 5,000 to 45,000 vehicles in their fleets. The hand cuffs are off IMHO!!!

MODEL AT WORK:

Lets step back from all the excitement for a second. Master Lease represents just 1 of 100's even 1000's in the same business that are facing the reality that all older trucks, which they use to lease, will become obsolete due to the new EPA mandates. They cant afford replacing all trucks with new trucks, especially in this economy. Think about that for a second. This contract actually forms a partnership of strategies consisting and resulting in some massive synergy. Each E1 and ML NEED what the offers. Just imagine how economical trucks will be to purchase in the coming months and years ahead. Used trucks will lose all value, nadda, worth near zero. E1 will be able to buy those obsolete trucks for pennies on the dollar. Why, because they dont meet EPA mandates and will become scrap. E1 says I will take them for pennies on the dollar and retro-fit ExhausTeks and have a revitalized truck for lease. Incredible idea and concept and a money maker. Now with 100's or even 1000's of other leasing companies out there in the same predicament I see HUGE opportunity. This is just the beginning.

This model can be replicated again and again. Dont forget, they can execute the same concept and model with refrigerator containers (reefers).

Attorney has been put into place and is ready to review Q3 and meet provide this letter per Ray

Current status upgrade Per otc markets after next Q and Attorney letter is filed EGOC would qualify for upgraded status. Next week give or take this should happen.

Uplisting to higher exchange???

Master Lease developments (trucks on road, ExhausTeks installed) Happening every day. Each day Master Lease opens up shop to sell and lease those trucks. Every truck sold or leased has ExhausTek installed and built in to the price the trucker pays.

Update in China mfg and marketing
This has been happening for a while now. The company EGOC hired also is working on business opportunities to sell ExhausTek in China as well as to mass produce the ExhausTeks in China

Middle East progress (early stages with eye on the prize 14,000 buses = up to 140 million in revenues)
Made it through first rounds of testing. Mercedes Bus being fitted with ExhausTek to complete in-use protocol testing. Still very, very much in the game on this one

Rays a deal maker, anythings possible. Folks this could be more huge than you could ever imagine. Put it like this, there are a huge number of scenarios where companies may be on there out of business because they lack the technology provided by EGOC. How many companies can just buy a whole new fleet of vehicles or pay 30,000 per vehicle to keep it running. I will say no more. Think about this a bit!!
