dude they are the preferred holders. it is obvious from the filing that the company is profitable and do not throw shares away for day-to-day operations and rip the shareholders like other pinkie companies.

why don't you recognize the fact that dustin is here for real and growing this company. Increase is better than reverse split and he is not doing it to throw away shares for nothing.

Preferred holders no one will convert at these prices knowing that the company is headed for much higher valuations.
