imo there should not be so much suspense, mystery, and guess work involved when two small businesses merge,
neither do I see the time-frames being adequate at this point
the seller(s) goal is to get rid of as many shares as possible off the ask, and that is what they are doing, keep lowering the ask into this pumped demand
at this point the company is raising a RED flag for me, the management has done a mediocre job at communicating issues of relevance to shareholders
in light of these increased risks I had to minimize my position here
until we either break .20 or the company adequately answers questions of shareholders I will hold a small position (compared to my previous holding) - have to let the smoke settle and see where pps goes from here before making any further moves...
I've emailed Axelrod and iceweb about 7 letters of specific questions over the past 3 weeks and they refuse to reply still.
