3-5 years more is a very reasonable settlement timetable

No one at JPMC etc have any reason or pressure placed upon them to reach a speedy deal. Especially when the BK judge said 'fair and reasonable'

If you believe commons will see a recovery it's just more time to accumulate more shares at low low prices..
