From emails I've received, imo, Saleem and Kakani are not in agreement as to how to conduct business.

Kakani appears financially hindered in his ability to fulfill contracts and pursue new contracts.

I agree that Saleem needs to step down as CEO but he probably controls the voting rights and has at least one director who'd vote with him (Syed).

Have a feeling the other Director left because of a disagreement with Saleem, just my feeling.
