Oh, yes, call the board monitor a Peacock crony! This is why you have no credibility. The real Peacock cronies are the ones that have enabled him along the way, from Jeffrey Lippman (oh, wait, Geoffrey!) and his boys who handed control of the brand over for some unknown compensation, to Guido Bauer and Brad Cox, who strike an arrangement with their private company to use the brand and pay him for the pleasure (probably keeping him afloat), to Doug Smith of Village Green who accepted over $230,000 for his own company while he sat on the GGII BOD (was there a side deal there too?). Anyone who lost money here should want to see them all exposed. The depositions should be interesting anyway.
