Absolutely, OS. And, I will forever miss Charlie as CEO though.

He had integrity, good business sense and was very thorough in his approach. Maybe too thorough for some but it was a well earned trait. If he had any questions he went right to the source to get answers. Unlike some who make negative assumptions based on ignorance and misinformation.

Most of all Charlie was a business person of the world. He didn't pass judgment or have a racial bias against people from different parts of the world, in particular, South America. Charlie respected everyone's culture and just wanted to make the world a better place.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
