I too share a belief that there will be SOMETHING very soon because the Horsies are not going down alone...Rosie will be with them if that is the case, however they have a few options and one always KNOWS money can buy their way out.

The only problem is if JPM is going to stiff Rosie and the Horsies because they do not have enough to buy their way out so that leaves Rosie to pull the plug on the Global Settlement before he goes down. Very interesting times indeed!

JPM does not have to be there with Rosie speaking for them and if Rosie tells them to ante up before pulling out of the Global Settlement, you can bet JPM will. That would only be a prudent business decision or the costs will go up by multi billions and they are not that stupid. Know when to hold them and when to fold them!!!
