Suffice to say, you are a waste of space and clean air!" Bottom line is your boys tried ta purchase the Encompass owned assets outta a bankruptcy they put the company Nacio in. Thus removin that asset from Encompass and puttin it in their own formed company. Ya don't think that sht is gonna frost the Encompass directors a tad? Well it looks like it did and your guys didn't win that bid. So what's your beef, their feelins got hurt? Funnt thing is it looked like they coulda worked a deal if they'd played it straight. At least that's the way the docs read prior to them takin it inta the bk and tryin ta cut Encompass out.
