A Question for all you Market Manipulation gurus out there.

Since 10/12/11 I have had an order in from TDAmeritrade through CSTI to buy 50,000 shares of KBLB @ 0.0952.
I have seen this CSTI order sitting in the Level 2 bid/asks several times in the last week.
This morning at 09:30:06 KBLB traded 4500 shares @0.095
A second trade occurred at 09:30:50, 2000 shares @0.0952
None of the shares traded in either of these two events came to me.

Now I know that if I were sitting at .095 and the trade price went to .095 my shares would not necessarily trade because there might be people ahead of me in line at 0.95,

But I had always thought that the price could not go below my buy limit without my participation or above my sell limit without my participation.

What Happened?
