Actually, no I haven't been on here for a while, no point right now, didn't realize there was anything going on...

What would you like me to say to this? Swift bought the assets out of Bankruptcy, we were outbid. He owns the assets, we have been working on a few other things.

Yeah, lawyers bills mounted. Keep in mind that during the entire bankruptcy process, I was the only one that had to pay an attorney. Swift used two attorneys for Xechem knowing that they would be paid by whomever ended up with the company, unless it went to Chapter 7 and then no one would get paid. The Creditors Committee's attorney was also to be paid by whomever ended up with the company out of Chapter 11, which didn't happen, so he ended up with nothing. I have sole responsibility for the attorney's fees we have, a risk I took and unfortunately will have to deal with.

Afraid? Afraid of what?

Come to my senses? In what regards?

Money solicited was used to forward our efforts, some went to the attorney, most went to pay for the six months I spent in Nigeria in 2009 and two weeks in 2010.

My question to you, just why do you care?

We did everything we could with the very limited resources we had and unfortunately we "lost", but we also had discussed it numerous times of whether or not it was even worth it to continue with our efforts in the US. The efforts were really more focused in Nigeria and yes, we ran into road blocks there as well. Unfortunately the product is still not in production, well over two years after the banks took the company into Receivership and locked the doors. It's far from over, I have contact with a number of key people over there on a weekly basis and we are doing whatever we can to be involved in moving the product forward since the banks obviously have no idea what to do with it.

I do wish we could have done more, but for the core group of about 20-30 people that have been working with me throughout and supported efforts, I have and will remain focused on working with them going forward. It was our intention to help as many as possible, but that didn't happen, unfortunately, but certainly not for a lack of trying...
