Seems a little foolish attempting to flog an un-trialed, unproven herbal concoction, without any patent protection, in a country known for 'knocking off' or counterfeiting every drug known to man under the sun.

Swift obviously did the due diligence, and determined that he'd be in violation of Sarbox if he continued Pandey's charade.
