Prior to today it has been my opinion that WNBD with become a profitable company by 2013. At this time, even without the GSA agreement , WNBD has been able to establish enough channels ( Lowes, Home Depot, Sams Club, Duane Reade, Do-it-Best, Walmart Canada ) to ensure themselves self sustainability via revenues. This in and of itself is amazing and is a testament to the Product.

According to the company they are now beginning to see reordering of the product and I believe as more and more people become exposed to the Product, the more popular it will become simply because it is inexpensive and it works.

In addition WNBD outlines their road to success in the recent quarterly , they know what their Revenue needs will be to cover their Operating Expenses and to this end their plan has been to use sheer volume to meet their goals. To this end, so far , it appears that they are carrying out their plan very well. WNBD has been able to get their product on the shelves of the biggest chain stores in the country and in addition they are also stocking shelves outside the US.

Let us not forget, that prior to all of the recent announcements this year, WNBD already had revenues, albeit in the half million dollar range per year, but the recent announcements are not the beginning but a continuation of revenues.

All of this brings me to the GSA agreement. Those here who say that it is just an agreement , nothing may ever come of it are 100% correct. But please tell the other side of the story. With or without a GSA agreement WNBD will become profitable , but a GSA contract in my opinion my be the thing that keeps WNBD from R/S this thing, if they are currently considering it. A GSA contract could provide the extra
monies for a stock buyback and then stock cancellation. A GSA contract, if achieved in the next six months could make WNBD see profitability in 2012 and beyond. And that could be our saving grace and allow WNBD to grow the PPS organically and reward Us, the shareholders. IMO , once WNBD becomes profitable , they will be able to sustain profitability for the foreseeable future, as they expand into new markets. There plan is simple , sheer volume, and they are executing it very well. Now let us hope they can do the same with the PPS , without a R/S it.
