The AX on L2 is the retailer diluto AUTO. As long AUTO is on the ASK, BIEL is dumping. Yes FDA may change this, but the risk of losing all is greater the lower it goes if the FDA goes bust! It is more like BIEL cleaning the AS out just incase approval goes bust! If it is approved, slap a R/S get the PPS bumped lil investors off for big money.
