ACT allowed settlements under .10 to some holders and JMJ converted and exercised under .10...ACT did not abide by the contract terms and therefore the lawsuits...

My question,
besides WHY the H DIDN'T ACTC just "abide by the contract terms"??? :(

Is WHY didn't Alpha complain about the number of shares they got AT THE TIME???
WHY did they wait until NOW?

We all know they sold the shares they got,
the minute they received them.
It just seems to me that they're only complaining NOW
because they are mad that they missed out on some gain.


Yesterday, we were standing at the edge of an abyss,
but today we have taken a giant step forward!
